Nepal is an incredible destination for wildlife experience. Wild life safari in the national parks of Nepal brings an opportunity to witness one horned rhinoceros, Bengal tiger, four different types of deer, wild boar, bear and many other wild animals.

Bardiya National Park in the western plains of Nepal is one of such national parks where wild life safari can be best experienced. Although Bardiya National Park is not as famous as Chitwan National Park because of its remote location, it provides an incredible opportunity of exploring the wild life inside the national park. It’ s about 600 kilometers of overland journey or one hour by flight followed by one and half hours of drive to reach Bardiya National Park. As the result of being less explored national park, the wildlife is still at peace thus we have more chance of coming across more wild animals. Recent development of infrastructures and good accommodations has made visit to Bardiya National Park much easier and accessible.

By visiting Bardia National Park for wild life safari, you will be exploring a less explored and less touristy area but will have an awesome wild life safari experience.
