Trishuli River Rafting is an excellent river trip, being one of the best rafting rivers in Nepal. The Trishuli, most easily accessible from the top touristic hubs, Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan National Park, has a lot to offer to everyone, from the experienced kayaker to the beginners. Rafting in Trishuli does not only gives you the rafting experience, but it is also a great opportunity to observe the demography diversity, the vastness of landscapes, rich cultural heritages, as well as different species of flora and fauna.

The rapids on the Trishuli in huge water conditions are exhilarating, huge, bouncy, and safe. The possibility of accidents like flips is rare in normal water conditions. The Trishuli River cuts its way through the Mahabharat Range, forming some imposing gorges in its lower part. It will be the perfect trip for first-timers and experienced ones, as it offers scenic valleys, impressive gorges, and a thrilling experience of whitewater.

Itenerary

Upon your arrival in international airport of Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by our representative and you will be transferred to the hotel. At the hotel, you will get refreshed and have some rest. After some rest, you will be taken for short walking tour around Thamel which is main tourist hub in Kathmandu where you will find some fine dining restaurants, ATMs, Money changers, gear shops and many more. After the exploration, you will be taken to our office for trip briefing meeting and then to your hotel for overnight. If any delay today, the briefing session will be postponed next day.
Today is your day for the exploration of some major sites of Kathmandu. After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken for your sightseeing tour which include Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the biggest Hindu temple devoted Lord Shiva situated at the bank of Bagmati River and it is listed in world heritage site by UNESCO. The temple includes various religious places and cremation site for dead people at the bank of Bagmati river. Bouddhanath Stupa is another religious place of Buddhist people which is also enlisted in world heritage site. It is one of the biggest stupa in terms of height and expansion. You will have some good experience in this place. After the exploration, we will return to the hotel. In the evening, you can go for some exploration around the hotel or have some rest. Overnight at the hotel.

The rafting journey to Trishuli River begins with a scenic drive to the rafting in point, Charaudi. Passing through small settlements, terraced farms along the flowing river, you will reach the village called Charaudi on the bank of the Trishuli. Your rafting guide will meet you in the village. Shortly after lunch, the guide/leader will provide a lesson on river safety, some important recue tips and padding techniques. After the teaching/learning session, you will enter the river wearing your life jackets and helmets. Today you will be passing through some III+ rapids named as Twin Rock, Upset, Monsoon, Cotton Pony, S-Bend, Surprise, and Ladies Delights which will give awesome adventure. You will halt your rafting at the Fishling Village where you will be pitching the tents for a night. Overnight at the tent.

Today, after early breakfast, you will prepare for the rafting. Another session of paddling will be given by your rafting guide before you enter the river. You will spend you whole day in the forested canyon while enjoying the impressive geographical nature. The flowing Marsyangdi tumbles into the Trishuli as you reach Mugling increasing the volume of the water. After an exciting and thrilling day, you will end this Trishuli River Rafting trip at Gaighat or Simaltar. From this point, you will drive back to Kathmandu. Upon reaching Kathmandu, you will check into the hotel and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, you will be taken to Kathmandu city tour as the city have historical, spiritual, and cultural attraction. You will visit to Ason, Kilagal, Oldest market of New Road, Hidden Stupas, and Glass bead market of Indrachowk. You will visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square which was administrative quarter of Malla Kings and Shah Kings who ruled until 2008. Here you get to visit to the temple og living goddess “Kumari”. After touring you return to your hotel and overnight at hotel.
We will bid you farewell and you will be taken to the airport 3 hours before the flight time by our representatives.
