Upon your arrival in Kathmandu International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our friendly representative and then you will be transferred to the hotel where you will have some rest. After some rest, you will be taken for short tour around Thamel where you will find some fine dining restaurants, Money Changers, ATMs, gear shops and many more. After the tour, you will be taken for the trip briefing meeting and then to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel. If any delay today, the briefing session will be done next day.
After breakfast, we will be going for the tour around some awesome site of Kathmandu which includes Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa. Pashupatinath Temple is a Hindu Temple located at the bank of Bagmati river. The temple is enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage Site and large number of Hindu followers visit to the site every year. During the exploration around the temple you will also get to see the cremation procedure of Hindu dead people at the bank of Bagmati river. Bouddhanath Stupa is another World Heritage Site of UNESCO is biggest Buddhist stupa of Nepal built based on Mahayana Philosophy. The Stupa have four pair of eyes directed towards all four direction and the environment around the stupa is peaceful. After the tour today, you will return to the hotel and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, you will be driven to Khadichour, the put in point for Bhotekoshi Rafting. The professional guides will give you the information and will provide a lesson on river safety, some important recue tips and padding techniques. Shortly after, you will enter the river with the guides and start your rafting journey. You will hit continuous rapids of class 3. After continuous rafting and kayaking cover around 16 kilometers, you will stop at a riverbank and set your camps and overnight at the tented camp.
The final day of rafting expedition begins with a fresh breakfast. After the first meal, you will drive to second put in point, Jambu. Today, you will be facing many challenges as you will hit many rapids of class 3 and class 4+. After hitting some major rapids like Liquid Bliss, Fake Right Go Left and Golden Gate, you will reach your put out point, Sukute Beach. You will be served a nice and warm lunch in the resort. Shortly after the lunch, you will drive back to the Kathmandu Valley. Overnight at the hotel.
Today is the day of exploring the cultural and historical aspect of Kathmandu which will start after the delicious breakfast at the hotel. You will start your day with the visit to Ason, Kilagal, Oldest market of New Road, Hidden Stupas, and Glass bead market of Indrachowk. From here you will visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square which was administrative quarter of Malla Kings and Shah Kings who ruled until 2008. Here you will also get to visit to the temple of living goddess “Kumari”. After touring, you return to your hotel either by walking or you can get an experience of three wheeled bicycle “Rickshaw” and you will have your overnight at the hotel.
Today is the final day of your trip and you will be transferred to the airport three hours before your scheduled flight.
