Ama Dablam is one of the most beautiful mountains in the Himalayas, often called the "Matterhorn of Nepal." With its sharp peak and stunning shape, it attracts climbers from all over the world. Standing at 6,812 meters, it offers a thrilling and rewarding challenge for experienced mountaineers.

Our expedition begins with a scenic flight to Lukla, followed by a trek through some of the most famous Sherpa villages such as Phakding, Namche Bazaar, and Tengboche. Along the way, you’ll enjoy beautiful forests, suspension bridges, Buddhist monasteries, and breathtaking mountain views. The best seasons to climb Ama Dablam are spring (April to May) and autumn (October to November), when the weather is most stable, the skies are clear, and the mountain is at its most accessible and beautiful. After reaching Ama Dablam Base Camp, you’ll spend several days acclimatizing and preparing for the climb.

The climb itself is technical and involves rock, ice, and snow climbing. With support from our experienced Sherpa guides, you’ll move through Camps I, II, and III before pushing to the summit. Safety is always our top priority. That’s why we provide all necessary logistics, equipment, and communication tools, along with nutritious meals and expert staff at every stage.

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take time to relax and recover from your journey. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Expedition Preparation and Briefings

Today is dedicated to expedition preparation. You will attend briefings at the Department of Tourism and complete necessary shopping for your climb. Overnight at a hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 3 : Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding (2650m / 8694ft) – Approx. 3.5 hrs

Early morning flight to Lukla (the gateway to the Everest region). Begin your trek by heading to Phakding through beautiful Sherpa villages and lush landscapes, and overnight at a lodge.

Day 4 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m / 11286ft) – Approx. 5 hrs

Trek along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several suspension bridges and passing through charming villages. Enter Sagarmatha National Park and ascend to the bustling Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar. Overnight at lodge.

Day 5 : Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar

A rest day for acclimatization. Hike to Everest View Hotel (3800m) for stunning panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks. In the evening, visit the Hillary Museum and the Sherpa Culture Museum. Overnight at lodge.

Day 6 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3850m / 12631ft) – Approx. 5 hrs

Continue the scenic trek through rhododendron forests with spectacular views of Ama Dablam, Everest, and Lhotse. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery. Overnight at lodge.

Day 7 : Trek from Tengboche to Ama Dablam Base Camp (4600m / 15091ft) – Approx. 5 hrs

Descend through forest trails and cross the Imja River. After a gradual climb, reach Ama Dablam Base Camp, your home for the next several days. Settle in and begin preparations. Overnight at base camp in tents.

Day 8-23 : Climbing Period – Ama Dablam Summit (6812m / 22,349ft)
