Yoga Shamanism Trek

Trip Overview

Yoga trekking is a combination vacation in Nepal for individuals looking for some gentle hiking in the Himalayas, evening and morning yoga classes, meditation, and spiritual retreat lessons on the trekking trail led by local expert yoga-meditation specialists or Buddhist monks in a monastery. The growing tendencies of health-conscious people are the reason for the development of this travel package. A yoga trek, along with a soft tour around Kathmandu Valley, will undoubtedly improve one's health and physical well-being. One can perform better when their physical and mental health are in a good state, while creativity and productivity can also be improved.

Mountain Delights Treks and Expedition provides yoga sessions with yoga specialists along the soft trek to Namobuddha and Balthali. These locations provide a stunning view of the Himalayan Mountains, as well as the most significant Buddhist pilgrimage places. Similarly, we can explore the culture and daily lifestyle of the locals in the village. The tour also includes an opportunity to participate in a witch doctor's ceremony, which is based on an unseen divine power and is very different from the modern scientific teachings you are familiar with within your home country. Touring around the valley will offer you some information about the history and culture of Nepalese people, while a gentle hike allows you to explore the beauty of the culture and traditions of the residents.
