We had an absolutely fantastic trek to ABC with Mountain Delights. The food and accommodations were beyond our expectations and the scenery was (of course) amazing. The guides were wonderful - kind, knowledgeable and service minded. They kept a eye on us and immediately picked up if someone was not feeling well or needed help in any way. The whole trip was well planned. I will recommend this company to anyone looking to do similar trips and I will definitely be back. Mountain Delight was responsible for our trek to Annapurna base camp in Nov 2023. Everything worked perfectly. Good hotel bookings, pick up and drop off of borrowed equipment and above all wonderful guides and porters. Everything from food reservations at the tea houses to the accommodation was a joy to see how well it worked. Good understanding that everyone needs to go at their own pace and they made sure we had a good time in every way. Helping hands if someone was in pain and a lot of pep talk that is needed when you are tired after a hard hike. I can really recommend Mountain Delight

A week ago we walked the Poon Hill circuit. My friends’ and my first trekking experience in Nepal. Our guide shiva has a great contribution to this. Always making sure that we a pleasant journey. Also, the views along the road were truly amazing. Thanks to Sandip for well organize of the trek. In future we will do more trek in Nepal.

This trekking tour was my first trekking in abroad.but he and his office staff taught me carefully and very well what should I take to mountains and about mountain.

He is gentle and friendly.
He also coordinated according to your fatigue well so i could enjoy trekking .

Purna is a very nice guide who showed us the very known Anapurna Circuit. Very helpful, he always tried to find the good accomodation, the good rooms, etc. Also in Winter, you can't expect that everything is working in the hotel, but Purna made a lot possible!
At the top, I was not feeling well because of the Altitude, but I made it through the Thorong La Pass only with his help. So I am so so thankful.

Our Family trip to Nepal was amazing! we booked a tour with Mountain Delights, Sandip Simkhada. He managed flight tickets, vehicle services, and the Chitwan tour for us. The service has been amazing throughout the whole trip, the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed the Safari! We saw rhinoceros, elephants, monkeys, deer, birds, crocodiles, and leopards! All the service is on time.

I met Keshab directly at the airport right after my arrival and he asked me about my plans. I wanted to do the 3 Pass Everst Trek Solo. He then organized a flight (220$) for me to lukla for the next day and i had a really good experience during my trek which i did on my own without any services of Mountain Delights. After arriving in Chhukhung i got in touch with Keshab again via Whatsapp and asked him to get a permit and a guide for Island Peak. On the next day he already had organized all of the paperwork for me and i could rent everything i needed at the lodge where i stayed.
Island Peak went really well and after arriving back in Ktm we met again, I got my Certificate and had a nice talk about my trip.
I can recommend this organization to everyone who wants to do treks/peaks for low money and with quick and really good management of all the things you need. I could always reach out to Keshab if i needed something and there was never a problem with anything.

When we arrived at the airport in Kathmandu, we met Sandip at the desk for SIM Cards. We chatted a bit and he recommended this agency for trekking to us (but kindly pointed out that we should compare different offers as there are so many agencies here). We did that and visited three different agencies around Thamel but in the end decided to go with this one because our agent Gokarna did a great job in individualizing our whole Trek (and we got a paper map, what we just loved!). We booked the Nar Phu Valley and Annapurna Circuit Trek for 20 days. They added a good range of flexibility (2 acclimatisation/rest days and 1 spare day if anything happens), what we really appreciated. Everything was well organised for our individual needs (Bus transport from Pokhara to Besisahar instead of kathmandu). Gokarna even checked in between our Trekking-Adventure if everything is alright - very caring!
And then they paired us with the best guide we could imagine! Narayan is such a calm and responsible person! He definitely went the extra mile for us in carrying apples as a dessert, always looking for the most comfortable room and showing us the best views. He was calm when we were slow and let us take the lead when we had a lot of energy. He responsibly cared for everything - from small frostbites and blisters to paving the way in deep snow at Kang La Pass or watching out for rock fall before Thorong Phedi! We loved to Trek with him and can strongly recommend him as a guide. ❤️ (P.S He even mastered our card game!).

I understand why they have chosen MD and why they are sticking with this company in Nepal.

Never during our entire trekking and trip did I ever feel uncertain, stressed, nervouse or scared, which one easily would be in such a different country.

Our guide Purna and his porters were like incredible magical, and practical helpers. Everywhere we went they would do their outmost for us to feel secure and comfortable, within reasonable limits of course(this is trekking in Nepal, not luxury resort in the Maldives).

Purna would answer questions, help, order us food and tea, be patient with us when we would derail (as often we would). He would help with anything from carry bags (when we were exhausted and the would see that), find a good place to stop to buy souvenirs when needed. He would always leave room for better options for lunch, time, routes etc. based on the conditions.

Purna knew everyone along the route and would use his connections to make us the most comfortable as possible is! He would also tell us and we could talk about the wonderful landscape we walked through, history, facts and changes the area is going through.

I have never felt so safely and securely guided without the feeling of beeing babysat!

The base camp trekking was truly exceptional, a life-changing experience that I believe everyone should embark on. Our guide, Purna, was simply amazing. He's not only a skilled organizer but also provided invaluable assistance throughout the trekking journey. Without him and his team, completing the trekking wouldn't have been possible. I did a trek to manado circuit through mountain delights. The trip was exciting and well organized. Above all I would recommend mountain delights because the owner Tam, manages the trips as well as his hotel where we stayed before and after the trek in such a personal and flexible way. I continued to Pokhara after the trek and he helped me with hotel and flight booking and was very flexible me when I changed my mind. He was my safe place during my whole trip. Much appreciated. I had the best exprience in my life! Even though I got sick on the altitude of over 4000m, staff of the company, Gokarna, did the greatest job and I could go back to Kathmandu by helicopter with the insurance.

What an incredible experience! I met Gokarna at Katmandu airport and he was so friendly & helpful I decided to book my trek with his company that evening. I chose the five day Mardi Himal Trek leaving from Pokhara as I didn't have a lot of time for trekking on my holiday but wanted mountain views and some altitude. It was such a great choice - a beautiful, varied trek with incredible views of Fishtail, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli. My guide, Sharan, was super experienced, really helpful, and a really nice guy. I highly recommend doing this trek with this company and with this guide! Can't wait to go back and do the next trek!

Both myself and my partner have had the most amazing experience with Mountain Delight Trekking company. We completed the Annapurna Circuit with our guide - Purna, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Purna made sure we were catered for at every meal and also gave us many insights and knowledge of the areas we passed through. Purna was very professional throughout and ensured we were safe throughout our walk and always checked in on us incase we were injured or suffering from altitude sickness etc. However, above all, Purna was great company to be with and it’s was great chatting to him on our trek.

I will certainly come to Nepal again as there is so much to offer and I will use Mountain Delights and request for Purna to guide us as our experience has been 10/10.
