A very caring and funny guide named Pradeep led us professionally through to Gokyo, Cho la Pass and then to Everest Basecamp. My only advice goes out to the trekkers with zero altitude experience, this trek will definitely challenge you.

In Dec 2016, I had Mountain Delights arrange a 13D12N trek to Annapurna Base Camp and I must say I quite enjoy the experience and services rendered to me. From start to finish, I was briefed and prepared well for the trek by Ram. His guide and porter also ensured my wellbeing were taken care of during the trek. All these made the trekking experience worthwhile. I travel with some friends last Dezember. We arranged our trek to the Langtang Valley and Gosaikunda with this company. They provided an excellent guide and our trek was a fantastic experience!

I have trekking several times in Nepal with different agencies. But this was without tevekan the best Argentine tour I have ever hired. Very professional agency and reliable stuff. Can warmly recommend everyone to use them.

We went to Annapurna basecamp last October. Our guide Raj was brilliant and made sure we always had a room to ourselves, even the tea houses were very busy. The flight back from Pokhara was cancelled due to a visit from the Indian president. Our guide quickly arranged a car to take us back to Katmandu the next day which was just an extra good experience. Would not hesitate using Mountain Delight again.

Mountain Delights lived up to the expectations, we had a good trek in the Langtang Valley and Ram the owner is a socially engaged entrepreneur who we are more than happy to support in by our choice for trekking company. The service is well maintained and worth mentioning is how safe we felt with Lila, an excellent driver we were lucky enough to go with several times.

I did the EBC trek with Mountain Delights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our guide was tremendously knowledgeable and took care of us in the best way possible. The set-up of the trek was well planned and we felt both safe and taken well cared of.

After the EBC trek we also went to Jyamrung, the village in where the company has been engaged with a Swedish NGO for over a decade. The Jyamrung valley was stunning and the people amazingly welcoming. Also here the representatives of Mountain Delights guided us in the best way possible. Seeing the effort that is made to enhance the quality of life for the people in the village was truly inspiring.

I just book the ticket to go back to Nepal this September, and will not hesitate to use Mountain Delights this time around as well.

Was compelled to write a review for Mountain Delights as the owner, Mr Ram, has been very gracious and even went the extra mile of taking care of our every needs from start to end of our trip. For e.g. he surprised us by arranging a private car for us out of goodwill even though we had plans to take a taxi to travel around Kathmandu.

Mr Bhim, our mountain guide and employee of Mountain Delights, was exceptionally chatty and jovial. He helped lightened the mood and always kept a look out for my friend who had a bad knee during the trek.

It was helpful that Bhim spoke perfect english and always initiated conversations and shared wild stories in between meals. When we needed more time to take more photos along the way or requested for more food (order dal bhat theres unlimited refills!), he accedes to our requests without hesitation.

Mr Bhim seems to strike a chord with all of the guesthouse owners that we've stayed with and so we had little or no trouble at all during our overnight rests. We really have lots of respect to the locals seeing the way they make an honest living despite the circumstances.

We are already missing Nepal and Will definitely engage Mountain delights when we come back for a second time! probably for a longer stay this time:)

We are just back from a three week visit to Nepal. Ram organized a fantastic stay for us with two weeks on the mountain and then sightseeing days. We even decided to stay an extra day on the mountain, which was not a problem and was fixed while trekking. The whole trip was very well organized.

Bhim, our guide, was absolutely fantastic and made sure we were feeling well, explained customs, and helped us in anyway we needed assistance. We had a great time and 14 days flew by.

I will definitely visit Nepal again, and I will absolutely use Mountain Delights.

Great 14 day trekk around Manaslu. Our guide Bhim Gurung could not have Done a better job taking care of us. Everything well organized from pick-up at airport to walking tours of Khatmandu.

We have been trekking the Langtangvalley for about 10 days and our lokal guide and porters/sherpa was from Mountain Delights. It was really a good choice. With safety as the number one rule, the local guide took very good care of us. Polite, good in english, local knowledge and number one on service! If we would choose again, Mountain Delights would be our first choice!

Ram and his staff in Kathmandu is doing a great job. You trust them and they help you with everything if needed.

Through our contact in Singapore, we engaged the services of Mountain Delights. Mr Ram and his team took excellent care of our group of 10. At the end, it felt more like a gathering with family.... a really warm feeling....
It started with a warm welcome at the airport with a garland of marigold flowers. We were transported to the hotel in Kathmandu and then attended a briefing with Mr Ram who gave us the support and equipment needed for the trek.
The team of trekking guides (Babu, Binod & Raj) and porters who helped us during the the trek was amazing. They were always with smiles and placed our interests above theirs. We felt really humbled by their hospitality. Throughout the trek, we were well taken care of in terms of the arrangement for accommodation, food and the mental preparedness. The pacing of the trek was well planned, we had sufficient rest and time to acclimatise.
Back in Kathamandu, Mr Ram surprised us with a great dinner where we dined and chatted while enjoying some Nepalese dances and songs. Mr Ram made special arrangements at the hotel so that we had rooms to rest and wash-up, way beyond the stipulated check-out time to accommodate our late departure.
I would definitely use the services of Mountain Delights when i return for another trek in Nepal in the near future.

We signed for for the 9 days Langtang valley trek. The guide, Deepak assigned to us was very knowledgeable and speak good english. Both he and the porters took good care of our needs during the trek. The boss Mr ram was a very friendly and superb host as well. We stayed in a cosy hotel owned by him and he took the effort to personally welcome us during arrival and send us off on our last day. He even took us to a restaurant for cultural nepallese dance and food. This is my 2nd trip with Mr Ram and will definitely book future treks with him.

Im not sure any words will do justice the time I spent in Nepal. And the trips success was only made possible by Ram Sapkota and his team of enthusiastic and kind trekking colleagues at Mountain Delights.

Ram first of all planned a camping trek, taking me to his home village of Jyamrung via the Ganesh Himal range, peaking at 4200m when traversing Sing La pass. I volunteered at the health post for the remainder of March, staying with his brother in a home stay in the village, with plenty of livestock for company, washing in the Netrawati river and enjoying the nepalese cuisine of Dahl Bat twice a day! Ram’s charity Tukee Nepal really has had such a positive impact on the facilities and way of life in Jyamrung and the people of the village are appreciate, helpful and a delight to spend time with. The work at the health post was challenging, but enjoyable and really allowed me to be involved with the community.

Some friends flew out to meet me in late March to trek in the Everest region, which Ram again planned exceptionally well with great advice and suggestions. We experienced the walk to Namche Bazar and then on towards Gokyo village, where we spent 2 days enjoying the local sites including Gokyo Ri - which without doubt has to have one of THE best views of Everest. We then clambered over Renjo La pass with further unbelievable views to make our decent down a different valley back to Namche. Our guides Bhim and Gelbu were second to none and made the trip so much more enjoyable! They entertained us constantly, bent over backwards to help those who were struggling on any particular day and went out their way to make things as successful and smooth as possible. And the true heroes, the porters, were smiley, friendly and a pleasure to walk with.

I cannot recommend Mountain Delights enough. Not only to they promote sustainable trekking experiences but profits also benefit the Tukee Nepal Charity, which has been of significant help since the 2015 earthquake, returning some normality and safety to the local community of Jyamrung and surrounding region.

My 18 year old son and I had a fantastic trip to Nepal organized by Mountain Delights and we could not have been happier. The service provided was extraordinary. Ram, the owner took so good care of us and arranged helicopter for us to reach lukla not to miss any trekking days. Guide Mingur was top class in his knowledge and spoke good English and had a great sense of humor. Porter Brem kept up the same speed as us and always met us with a smile. We felt safe and very well cared for. I would recommend any trip with Mountain Delight and I feel it's great value for your bucks. The Everest Panorama trek is perfect if you don't have a lot of time but me and my son both agreed- we will be back for a longer trek next time.

Met Ram in Kathmandu to an incredible and very hospitable experience provided by him and his family. Travelled to Pokhara and then to Jyamrung for volunteer work in a local health post set up by Ram and Mountain Delights. Beautiful experience in a supportive and safe environment. Awesome trek. Starts with a visit to the Buddhist Monastery at Nomabuddha, where you can meditate and enjoy some lemon tea. Next, you hike up to Balthali. You can opt for a long or short version. We did long both days, and it was only about 3 hrs each day. We got some really awesome views, and the hike the second day was my favorite because you go through all of these small hillside towns through rice terraces and corn fields. Jaya is a great guide. He is very knowledgeable and flexible. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short weekend trip outside Kathmandu!

Very excellent trekking company, great hotel i Khatmandu, proffesional trekking guides to our way to Everest Base Camp, the entire group of eleven swedish trekkers reach the summit, and finally we were treated a fantastic last dinner in Kathmandu, VERY NICE

Good organized trekking tour; Kathmandu- Lukla- EBC Mount Everest and back. 8 days up with 2 days for altitude adaption. We were 11 tourists and had 2 experienced guides, one guide in education and 5 porters. Good service both on the trekking tour and in Katmandu.

The Trek to ABC was fantastic from day one and even before we landed Mr Ram always was online responding to all our questions with a service hard to find nowdays.
Our guide and our porter Mr B and Mr B where just excellent, such good guys with alot of knowledge and motivation.They took care of us from early mornings to late evenings every day for 10 Days and shared their culture and their mountains with us in a very heartly way.
If we Trek Nepal again we gladly call Mr Ram again! Namaste!
